About this event
Running a successful farm is about more than producing great food — it’s about building a business that works for you, financially and personally. The Business of Farming: Making the Financials Stack is a practical, down-to-earth day designed for commercial organic growers.

Together, we’ll take the mystery out of the numbers, explore pricing and profitability, introduce simple ways to monitor your finances, and look at the often-overlooked connection between financial pressure and personal wellbeing. Expect a day filled with practical tools and plenty of shared learning, with ideas you can take home and put into practice straight away.

Lunch and refreshments are all included and sourced from local suppliers and producers.

Schedule
10am – 12.30pm: Morning session, with a break at 11am for tea, coffee and freshly baked scones & muffins
12.30pm – 2pm: Lunch prepared from local, seasonal produce
2.30pm – 4pm: Afternoon session
