The organic business on our 600-acre farm was set up to fulfill a demand and the constant requests from the supermarkets for organic broccoli. Other crops grown in rotation are oats grass and, in some years, a protein crop. We are seed to customer - the nursery produces almost 600,000 organic broccoli transplants for our own use.
