Navigating the endless demands, challenges and realities of organic growing whilst trying to balance finances can be physically and emotionally exhausting. With this in mind, we were delighted that our first on-farm event of the season focused on this often-neglected subject – growers’ wellness.

We had a full house, a full spectrum of seasons in one day and everyone left County Clare feeling full and nourished on all levels.

Thanks to Jim for sharing his decades of wisdom, Flo McAleer for leading us through a grounding breath and movement session, Rebecca for the delicious garden-fresh lunch and to everyone that took the day off their farm and out of their busy lives to be there and share their story.
