Oisín, a long standing OGI network member, has been using organic, regenerative and permaculture inspired practices for Bia Oisín commercial market garden for the past 12 years.

Bia Oisín is currently in its second year of organic conversion with IOA and is supplying a diverse range of nutrient dense vegetables, fruit and niche produce to some of the finest restaurants in Galway. They also supply seasonal CSA fruit and veg boxes. Back in 2016, Oisín gave an excellent and inspiring talk at our Organic Growers conference when he was just about to erect a recycled glasshouse.

Farm Tour in the morning followed by a Focus Session on Perennial Cropping & Growing Fruit Under Cover in Market Gardens.

We allocate 1 hour 30 minutes for lunch to ensure there is plenty of time for chats with fellow growers from around the country.
Tea and coffee will be provided but bring your own lunch or something to share.
